When deciding to build our home, Heidi and I met with several custom home builders in the Baldwin county market before making the decision to go with Creel Construction.  We decided to go with Ryan because he was very detailed in his explanation of the entire process and made us feel very comfortable in deciding to move forward.  Working with someone that we felt we could trust and depend on was very crucial to our decision since this was our first time to build. 
 
Throughout the process, Ryan was very open and honest about each phase of the job and what it entailed.  He met or exceeded every expectation that we had.  We encountered no surprises and were more than pleased with the entire job from start to finish.

When choosing a builder to build your home is very important that you are able to trust this person. One of the things that I can say about Ryan Creel's estimate, is that it is very complete and he does not cut corners. He uses good products and materials and does not hesitate to make suggestions that can save you money. Ryan works throughout the whole estimating process with you so that you feel very confident that the price he gives you is complete. Ryan is very familiar with the local codes and restrictions, especially specific neighborhood covenants and restrictions. He delivers within the time frame that he gives you before starting. We decided to sell and build in our same Summerlake neighborhood in Fairhope on a cool lot with Live oaks. My wife and I had built a few houses in our lives and I contracted one myself. We knew what we wanted and looked at many houses. We visited a Ryan Creel built house in Stone Creek and saw immediately the quality, style and the look we wanted.

We met with Ryan many times to start the process. He was very clear, easy to work with, communicated whenever we needed and did what he said he would do. We had purchased a 1850’s train depot to salvage wood for beams, doors, furniture so we had lots of unusual ideas and projects. Ryan had many creative ideas to make it all come together. We tweaked along the way with Ryan’s ideas and input. Building is a stressful undertaking and it’s vital to have a builder that makes things smooth, has great talented subs, honest, very experienced and easy to work with and communicate. Not many people would invite their contractor over for a Bama game after building but we would invite Ryan and his wife anytime. Bottom line is we highly recommend Creel Construction to anyone!
